  • What you fail to realize is that these beasts have such deep reverb. In this video the knob was only up to 2 and a half.

  • this amp sounds amazing with reverb on!! the gain mixed with the reverb is the reason i am going to buy this amp! i cant wait to get one!!!im just waiting for the holidays when they go onsale!!!

  • Yeah, I snagged mine off of craigslist and just changed the tubes. A killer amp indeed. I like how it thins out the humbuckers on the SG.

  • beatiiful playing man

    i own the 212

  • Thanks...

  • all these people complaining about tube amps must be serious amateurs... tube amps are the industry standard... the bottom line is this amp is an unbelievable amp... thousands of professional musicians turn to this amp and amps like it to play small- medium sized gigs... so anyone who's arguing that they don't like tube amps because they are unreliable or shitty alternatives to solid state amps clearly has no fuckin clue what they're talking about.

  • okay listen up, there is no way in hell that you had hundreds of tube amps and they all needed to be fixed. please don't waste space with stupid comments. and learn how to take care of somthing before you buy it.

  • I have this amp, and I may be in a minority of "one" but I find the reverb just too puddly!

  • @guitardaze Bro this reverb is at about 2, maybe 3. You should see it on 10. It's so deep, incredible reverb. Only fender make a spring reverb like this. Incredible!

  • Hey guys! Look at our channel and listen to our music! :D

  • @13Musicmachine Check with Fender to make sure that is ok for the amp. For tube amps especially, playing without a speaker plugged in is like pedaling a bike hard without a chain...it will wear you out REAL fast.

I'm not claiming to be an expert. I just suggest you check with Fender.

  • this amp will crank very loud and stay clean even with a 4x12cab its awesome.I've had a blues Divellel tweed 4x10and Hot rod divelle 4x10years now.the clean tones this amp can achieve are amazing. The gain is nice for old blues or even some classic rock.It can not achieve metal with out help.A tube over drive or a nice boutique OD will push this amp over the edge into the metal realm. Its re verb sounds cheap imo it tends to take over the sound even at 2 so i use pedals for a more classic re verb

  • @br549sample Or the simplest way is: BUY AN OD PEDAL OR A DISTORTION PEDAL!

  • @fooguy : well said sir ! ! !

  • @XjohnfishX Break up occurs between 4 and 5, but this is a 60 watt tube amp & it's super f*ing loud at breakup. Unless you are playing in a really loud rock band, you'll probably want something a little lower wattage in the fender line for that classic Fender power tube saturation tone (deluxe reverb, blues jr.). Ever try and make a twin reverb breakup through power tube saturation? This is pretty close to the same volume.

  • @13Musicmachine Wow, that sounds pretty complicated. All you have to do is set it on the drive channel with the master volume down and the gain up high. It'll drive as much as you want and the Master Volume will make it as quiet as you want.
