Download and install ''Categories'' & ''winterBoard'' & ''VistaPerfection'' & ''Vista Maximus Perfection'' & ''Vista Mobile'' from Cydia. Go to the Categories and creat apps with those names Camputer, Start, Text, Recycle and go to the WinterBoard and activate 3 themes Vistaperfection & VistaMaximus & Vista Mobile Finaly replace your apps like the video
