A very simple circuit to delay the dimming of a light source (LED in this case) with the use of a NPN transistor and a capacitor.

  • uF Discharge on NPN Base and delay time Dash LED mA

  • the cap is a standard polorized elctro cap. the one in that video may only be 100uF max. the larger the uF the longer it will take to decharge. having the NPN transiser alows for a smaller cap to be used while giving a longer "delay" time

  • what kind of cap, is?

    how uF?

  • the persons in this video used a capasiter, tranisister and a pot resister. its simple as. if u conect the cap in parralle to the LED it will work the same. (the TIP41C just alows a longer time from a smaller uF cap. also a BC548C will also do the same as the TIP41C)

  • me three.

    What equipment do you need?

  • pleas tell me how is done
