Renaissance Woman!

Writes great songs. Sings so beautifully, the best harmonies for her voice are -- her own voice. Talented multi-instrumentalist. Mistress of every genre she attempts... and, on top of it all, paints the covers for all her albums. One word says it all - Joni!

@adrianlombardini You are bloody right :D

'There must be more to living, than a mortgage and a lawn to mow'? Yes!!!! Yeshua Ha Meshiach aka Jesus The Christ!

My ears have heard nirvana. It's like she went into my head and computed all my philosophies on life and corporate living with these lyrics. I fall in love with this woman and her artistry the more I listen to her.

this track, along with ' for free' and 'river' , are my fave JM tracks. Oh, and I am Lakota, which no-one has uploaded yet, I see!

..nothing short of being the consummate audiophiles favorite music... :-)

bs gets millions of hits but the 'real stuff' is avoided like the plague...no surprize. I love Joni. blackkendoll82, Lakota is great also...hell, the entire album is rich. Joni is a global treasure...help me, I think I'm fallin',
This album is an absolute gem, and not fairly recognized, i think. How many artists can go from folk to jazz, to electronic music, to standards, to whatever style, doing masterpieces in all of them, like Joni? Jesus...

The first Joni album I ever heard. :):) Fond memories for me. Started a long "love affair" with her music.
