I say go with the progesterone personally, its very cheap so if its just a placebo nothing lost.

I was rather distraught before coming out, but continue to be amazed by the people that have been supportive.

Great advice hun i wish i would have got a good therapist to start with, cause i had to come out by myself i would have loved to talked to a shrink about it. But great advice
