Sims 3 Really Scary Baby Glitch!

I was playing the Sims one day, and My Woman sim had a baby, and this is what turned out! I was soo shocked! please let me know if anyone else has it!

It's from bad custom content. It happens when you download something from thesims3.com. You just have to delete the bad custom content and your game will be fine. (:

Yes it has happened to me, the baby is wearing adult clothing, go to a dresser and click plan outfit and you can change it to toddler clothes! When you create a character and put adult or teen clothes on a child or toddler that happens!
