  • i chew my food like 4 times, then swallow. ill try these. im always hungry, and never full.

  • Whoa! Your supposed to chew that much? I never did that before. My brothers and sister try to eat my food. So that's why I inhale my food. I eat like a cheetah. I will try to eat slower so I can not eat too much. Thanks so much for your videos Thomas!

  • it works! also, with two big glasses of water first! By the time you finished half your meal, the water begins to satisfy you because your ingestion signals the brain by then.

  • I find that its hard to do this too, its because we as a fast pace society put too much influence on being time efficient and task oriented. Eating fuels the body, its not just something we need to hurry up and do, we must take the time to do this right and correctly to gain optimal health. Thanks for this video, now only if i could tattoo my hand to say SLOWER!! lol
