I just used a bag of concrete, that I covered up with garbage bags anduct tape.....works good....cheap and effective!

the term sandbag doesn't necessarily mean it has to have "sand" in it. i put pea gravel in mine, just toss in into a contractors bag, and for big ones i just use a army duffle bag. its smaller and heavier. just a tip for anyone thinking about making their own sandbags.

I don't do them, but they're effective. If they weren't the Army, Marines, and Navy wouldn't do it in the PFTs.

A strong person doesnt mean they HAVE to be completely ripped... if u guys havent noticed, the biggest weight lifters have quite huge guts lol

for sure, they all do....they care about their performance in their sport of powerlifting...they usually have a rounder figure but w.e they're rediculously strong haha
