Week 2 1/2 184.6 waist 34. I think this is day 12. I am happy with my 4 pound weight loss this week. My weight seems to be coming off faster now that I am walking up the BIG hill instead of down it. Push ups are another change I have made. They used to be optional but now I do at least 30 a day. I do 3 sets of 10. All 3 sets are different kinds of push ups.
