The Vampire Diaries - 3x01 - "A drop in the ocean" scenes

Ok, the premiere didn't exactly live to my expectations and hopes. It was an episode better than most episodes of most shows, but still, for a TVD episode, it was no where near what we usually get. Still, I liked the episode.
Usually, if I upload a scene, it's a Damon/Elena one, but this time, I decided to upload the music moment with Ron Pope's beautiful song. It was probably the best part of the episode. The only two scenes that made me shiver in this episode are in there (Damon's break down and Stefan&Elena's scene).
Now, some more rambling about the episode.
Some things looked kind of... artificial, mostly Matt&Alaric. As well as Jeremy.
Forwood were way too cute that's for sure I knew the mayor would cause problems between them, but I NEVER expected that. Curious how she found out about Care.
Anyone else thinking Alaric acted like a total pathetic ass hole? I'm really disappointed with his character.
I was sure Stefan won't out of control as everyone expected. Still, I enjoyed seeing his sadistic side, even if I could still see the real Stefan inside him. And Klaus is just the sadistic we all knew he was. Even if Joseph in an eye-candy, I just want Klaus GONE FOR GOOD!
The Damon&Elena scene were ok. We have seen more epic ones, for sure, but the necklace scene was so beautiful.
The Stefan/Elena scene - this was their best one in the show, and one of the saddest and most beautiful scenes ever. Hah, I used to think A drop in the ocean fitted Delena, but now it will always remind me of Stelena, and for a good reason.
As for Damon. I admire him for not trying to make a move on Elena during those two months. This shows how much he's grown, and that he loves and respects both Elena and Stefan very much. The fact that he kept track on Stefan was not a surprise for me, I always knew that.
Though I never expected he'd let Andy in on that. Even if I used to hate them, hated her, the way things ended was brutal. She cared for him, something he craves, and I believe he grew to care about her on some level.Seeing her die just for him to take a hint was another painful experience for him, another thing to add to his guilt. The scene with Stefan was great, and I think that for Damon, seeing Stefan like that again, now that they were finally brothers after so many years was the hardest thing for Damon. The scene with his break down was mind blowing.
In conclusion, even if it was less than I expected, I am still glad TVD is back .

@Josephine0193 Katherine chose Stefan, Elena chose Stefan. Stefan killed Andy because he left with Klaus TO SAVE DAMON'S LIFE and he became the ripper again. Im sorry but i dont agree with you, Damon is not a victim here, he owes his life to Stefan. And Stefan left with Klaus ONLY BECAUSE HE LOVE HIS BROTHER, you're being so unfair to Stefan.

Oh My God!!

It has been a LONG time since I saw this episode/scene, how ever I began to cry already when I finded it at spotify! with the song only, and without pictures of the scene or ANYTHING!

i love both stefan and damon. Why do we have to love 1 and hate the other? Can't we just love them both?

But for season 3, i want it to be more "Delena season", you know... just to switch it up a bit! ^_^

but no matter what, they both love elena passionately. So whoever she ends up with at the end, i'll be happy for her!

TVD's the best tv series and i have a total trust on the writers! Somehow, i'm NEVER dissapointed!
