Riley bembry was a reltive of mine and regardless of what the status is now, this memroial was erected in 1939 WAY before the federal govt took the land over. He gave his word to over see it and passed that along to others true to their word. Damn tha man for trying to interfere!

I love this man's responses. not some a bunch of big wordy bull...just because they said we would watch over it ,to their friend.....it's so simple, you have to wonder why some crackpot from the ACLU would even want to create this whole ridiculous fight. Imagine the ones who erected the cross..I am sure this would be the last imaginable thing in their mind that might ever happen...the emotion, the depth of thinking in their heart when they erected it....sheesh....it's really sad
