Well for me the steering is just fine in GT, only because I learned how to transfer the weight properly. Once I learned to do that, I did not have a problem.

From the simulation point of view, rFactor (and others such as GTR 2) is a better simulation than GT5. I feel GT series steering so heavy to drive, it's a bit robotic.

So this is a better simulator then GT5? I've only been into the GT series, and after tryin Forza 1 on a friends XBOX, I had to run for my life. It felt like you were driving bricks, not cars. Unless you stayed in the perfect line they made out for you, the car would not turn.

i just bought r factor and ive tried downloading the 2008 mod but it hasnt worked how did you get f1 cars on there?

live for speed is more realistic then rfactor.

graphics sure are a hell lot better in GT5... but still rfactor MMG is miles ahead. BTW dont look at this video to make ur idea of the mod, as this is made by a newb and pkenty of aids.

LOL, no aids used (but thanks for assuming!). The tire scrub sound is loud due to my settings, as I don't normally run the F1 cars (though do enjoy the GP '79 mod). Anyways, everyone here is missing the point... rFactor or LFS is much deeper in terms of physics, but GT5:P "pro" settings are the closest you'll come on a console.
