I've been in one of these, they're not fast or quick. They're okay at best. It's an economy car, that's what it's for.

My cousin just bought a "base" 2007 G5, and I must say what a freaking nice little car. 10,000 was the list price but he paid 12,900 with the extended warranty, and shipment to Cali from Georgia. The thing drives nice, is supposed to get super gas mileage (we got 39 mpg with a Cobalt we rented once) and looks great. Best of all is an extremely comfortable car. Id recomend one to anyone now.

@GoodVXSEvil lmfao then you obviously dont know a good car. Owned mine for 24 hours and already had people asking where they can get one. And, good luck saving money with a slow-accel manual V8.

Even if one of these could crack the 4 second mark remeber what it is...lol even if the windows were limo tinted out I'd still be embrassed to drive one. I'll take that V8 POSI Everytime.

Scratch that!! I just recieved MORE discounts on my new G5. I will get it around mon or tues it's sat 7-25-2009 right now. It's no longer $10,183.11. It's now $7,689!!!! It was discounted more for being an earlier 09. With the money I saved I can get the GM performace parts for it!! The exhaust, manifold, and cold air intake kit. Warranty intact. The G5's are disapearing FAST.
