we spend 700+ billion a year on military to protect our country I find it strange that the chinese only spend 100+ billion for their military If we spend only half our current budget we could provide 40k a year for 4 million soldiers that is 160 billion and still have 215 billion left over -- that would give us 350 billion to help pay down our countries bills but that makes to much sense dont expect it ot happen
