Two guns, two men, but only one of them was armed. It all made for an unusual April afternoon in New Orleans East that left one New Orleans Police officer without a job. Now FOX 8 has obtained never before released video and audio tapes that raise even more questions concerning the district attorney's office, an NOPD officer, and a 3-year-old girl.

If any "real" parent felt a little threatened by someone or anything. One of your choices is "right to bare arms". Nobody new if the other person had a weapon in his car. Bet if you checked. Hmm I dont know.. Maybe brandishing a firearm. If I pulled out two guns because "I feared for my life" and it ended up nothing was wrong at all and I was in no danger , I would be in jail.
