This is my favorite dish when dining out on Thai Food, I prefer the mild yellow curry. In fact I'm going for a Thai Lunch this week. The food is delicious, so light and easy to digest. The owners have such lovely manners too. All round great dining experience.

Am going to try this tonight as long as my local asian supermarket has everything I need. Looking forward to it!

I like to dice up the chicken and fry it by itself first to get some good color and flavor, then I add in vegetables and then sauce, like a stir fry.

We have a FAB Thai Restaurat in town and the food is to Die for. Its not heavy like Indian food and its not salty like Chinese food - its so Fragrant and light.
