@Person1036 eeeh Iggy did influence the Pistols they even recorded a version of No Fun by The Stooges. Also Steve Jones used to practice playing Raw Power.

You're forgetting Bad Brains, Dead Kennedys, Reagan Youth, Agent Orange, and many others. I'm not saying punk did nothing but good, because a lot of people misinterpreted the essence, then just used it as a cheap excuse to play their instruments like shit and "be cool," but punk was a lot more than that... oh, and you're forgetting about The fucking Ramones, boy.
