yep the picture is from the movie "Beyond the Clouds, the Promised Place." it's a picture of their secret hideout, i guess u could call it. It also goes by the title "The Place Promised in Our Early Days." The creator is Makoto Shinkai, a really talented person. I recommend checking out the movie, as well as Shinkai's other works; they are really some works of art.
