Bugs,a balloon,a few fakes.Look at Nellis 1995 and Salida,Co sighting 1994,95 and a similar Russian sighting,3 of the best.About 95 percent are other then UFO's.Lots of fakes,balloons,photo shop etc.which hurts the study of the phenomena,most professionals will not get involved,to avoid being laughed at.
