I read something that said you have to be 18 years or older, but I accidently submitted my video when I was trying to cancel it!!!!! anyone have any advice???

I wish younger makeup artists could enter because it shouldn't matter what age you are! I'm a teenager who loves doing makeup and nails.... come to my channel and check out my videos??

Awwwwww I cant enter :'( I am a really good makeup artist for a 12 year old. People underestimate the power of 12 year olds!!!!! I am so sad. I really wanted this because my mom can't afford to buy me makeup all the time. Please help by coming to my channel and subscribing to show the power of 12 year olds!!!! Thanks
