Pakistan's AQ Khan - Father of Nuclear Jehad

A Q Gandu Khan stole nuclear secrets during his stay in Europe and sold the secrets to Iran, Libya and North Korea. He was made to publicly apologize on state TV for his actions.

Experts say that he might have sold the secrets to jehadi outfits like Al-Qaeda, Taliban, Lashkar-e-Toiba, Jaish-e-Muhammed etc.

Atomic weapons and Nuclear reactors are very different and nuclear reactors are much more expensive but less dangerous if built correctly.A Nuclear attack on another country by anyone but Israel,America, or some of the more ready equipped Eastern Bloc Country's...would be impossible because they do not have the refinement facility's or process of Taking "Greensalt" processing it into "Yellowcake" and then producing "BrownDerby" for final stage and then into more finely produced weapon material.
