    just curious why is it such an important song to koreans i know its like the unofficial national anthem but looking into the eng translation its about leaving a lover/lovers place in a place called aririang? although there are many versions of the song so i dont know. i have to say too for a national anthem its seems sad :( i heard and orchestra version and nearly ended up in tears
