NOTE:: This video had to be recorded in a 4:3 perspective, rather than the 16:9 ratio for which it was designed. Doesn't make too much of a difference, but I'll annotate what becomes obscured... Though annotations may obscure your view so feel free to turn them off if they get annoying. :P
Little Big Planet Level created for use as a display in my schools 'Creative Minds Fair' (think science fair with other random subjects). Senior year was sociology, so I decided to go with a subject on videogames and their effect on violence on a societal level. Without any real guidance on what the display should contain beyond being a 'representation of the research paper', and my current fascination with Little Big Planet on my new PS3, I figured why not.
Not designed to be played as a real level, just to walk through, with a little mini-game at the end for kicks. Unfortunately I don't currently have any real movie editing software to punch in some pictures of what the display looked like into the video, but it was essentially a little flat screen TV with this running this level on top of a black platform. Down on the table in front of all this was a little power point presentation which essentially had the exact same information in a less flashy form... And slightly incorrect as I found out after the fair...
It won first, but I'm just happy the fair's over. :P
