This guy is an example of what is wrong with African politics and leadership, especially in Nigeria. What is he talking about? Bribery and blackmailing? This is idiotic. You have bunch of buffoons, incompetent as they are in charge of government, not knowing how to coordinate or utilize resources and people to get productive outcomes. Bribery is a way of life for these guys and this idiot just acknowledged it as 100% fact. He claimed to be an engineer; sure he bribed his way through that too.
