  • Dr. Botchwey III overall makes very salient

    points but I doubt if in the current dispensation the IFIs are ready to let go the hold they have of development policy in Africa. True, African

    leaders themselves are not fully ready but part of their un-readiness resides in the lack of room for such "ownership".
