  • Who cares? Stubbs was a GREAT barbecue cook and has GREAT sauce. just sayin'

  • If you have been to the blog, you will see that some of the articles have Texas Humor. The labels on the containers that say secret, are not covering up the actual ingredient. Here are the ingredients: 1 small bottle Meat Tenderizer

    1 small bottle All Seasonings

1/4 cup Garlic and Pepper Seasoning

    1/4 cup Onion Powder

Cayenne Powder (we use lots, but this depends on how hot you like your spices)

  • Someone please help me here! The. The best tasting food I've ever eaten, came from my neighbors, hey, their African American.

    They're my friends.

I challenge you you to cook better!

  • You're kidding me? You're on a a cooking site!

This site, was exactly what I was looking for!

    Biggot be gone!

    Strife be gone, get along!

We all have to to live on same planet, why so mean?

  • Just buy fiesta brand special made for brisket rub with tenderizer.....It works well,,you cant go wrong with it.

  • Great videos sir!!!

  • how in the world did this degrade down to a race thing???? STUPID DEGENERATE TARDHOLES EAT THE MEAT AND SHUT UP!!!

  • @I3igDadcIy Why. Thats the brand logo. Big deal. So you don't wanna eat aunt jemiemah pancake syrup 'cause there's a black woman on it???!!! Life is too short to worry about insignificant stuff like that. There are more imporant things in life AND real issues to worry about. Black ppl on products aint one of them. Especially, when its supposed to mean GOOD and not bad.

  • The black guy on the bottle of Stubbs does ruin it!!!!!

  • @davidwerst Stubbs makes AMAZING rub and seasonings

  • Good looking brisket my man. I agree with most everything you said except for your choice of wood. Pecan is a very mild smoking wood where as mesquite is quite harsh especially for long "low and slow" cooks. That said nothing beats a few sticks of post oak...

  • the meat tenderizer and garlic powder are by fiesta found at HEB :) also the super trimmed brisket's that size are about 40-50 dollars. less fat more meat :)
