  • @pinkstar027 : One trip to the local Indian Grocery store can take care of all the issues :) Central Market and other Whole Food stores also carry a lot of stuff now.

  • Didn't know what papad was because just new to the cooking style. Had to look up Asafoetida. Says called "devil's dung", which doesn't sound very appetizing. Is sour yogurt like regular unflavored yogurt? Also didn't know dried mango powder. Lots to learn to try these recipes.

    Reminds me of a tortilla soup in appearance.
