Penn and Teller - P.E.T.A. (Full Episode)

I don't believe in extremes. You don't have to be a vegan in order to believe in some form of animal rights, within the bounds of reason. I use my logic to determine where I think policy with regards to animals should be changed or revisited, its NOT an all-or-nothing debate.
There is one thing that I indiscriminately hate: hypocrisy. And that's why I think that this is a great episode.

They should have made a seperate episode on animal rights and left PETA out of it. We all know deep down that the way animals are treated in most factories is just plain wrong. People who want to use these products should be man or woman enough to at least be honest with themselves about what is going on. If we are going to use animal products, we need to at least be humane in the way we treat them. Anyone who takes an honest look at the situation will see that things need to change.

@seraphale I mean the footage PETA repeatedly uses are often old footage. Many private businesses and government regulations have changed to stop most of these things from happen. Do they happen yes but not all the time or in mass as PETA would like you to believe. PETA has a point, but their point does not support what they do in its name. Animals need to be better treated I will give them that; but they are not the way to go about it.

@seraphale At least Penn admits he has an agenda and is bias. They have never said their a fair show. They show their viewpoints but give the other side room to speak even if they heckle them. And most of the shit the other side says are stupid. This might be from them being nervous about cameras or whatever but still. PETA is a terrorist group it is that simple. Yes Animals do need to be treated humanely but ever noticed the piss poor quality of their videos? Old Footage.
