LOL... classic case of people making shit up as they go and throwing in some key "Pro" words, just to excuse their complete ignorance on the subject! Throw in a couple of "Flames", "Nukes" and maybe a pinch of "After Effects" to suggest you even know what you're gabbing about. An EDL for EFFECTS... LOL, what complete BS! Yeah, I'm such a NOOB for using such fancy-shmancy stuff XML or OMF, right?? Ouch... you certainly deserve your AVID. They're dead within 24 months... TOPS.

@temporalrant I didn't cry, I just bought an Avid. Maybe you can do your job without EDLs - maybe you telepathically move your 5 layers of effects from your offline edit into Flame or Nuke, but I need EDLs to do that.
You know what else is old technology? Alpha numeric characters. Yet you still use them because they work.

@lin2log When you're done with your feature work with Ron Howard, you and he can do a lesbian sixty-nine to celebrate.

Pwaahahahaa... guess they don't teach much READING COMPREHENSION at Harvard (lol... yeah, suuuure!), eh? Aside from not even mentioning MULTICAM, the feature that, at best, ONE percent of editors even NEED (more than 3-4 times... *in their lifetime*!), it's coming next month... so go back to your wedding bullshit now and STFU. Some hobbyist dipshit acting as if he had ANY clue about editing... LOL!

LOL... what a crock of SHIT. "their livelihoods are stolen from them". Boooo-hoooo... if you're that big of a fucking clueless tard, that your "livelihood" is determined by a $250 piece of software, then you deserve no less. Pretentious idiot.
lin2log 3 months ago
@temporalrant Yeah, multicam is so "last century"...cunt

It would actually be better if you would work on your English. It basically makes no sense, but people can figure it out. The baby is stupid, because people aren't crying because of missing features. They're crying because their livelihoods are stolen from them.
