allway sync file synchronization

Here I have done a quick review of allway sync........ it a easy to use file synchronization software....... it can be used to sync files between folders.... drives.... online storage etc....... I usually use it to sync important files from my notebook to my external hard drive......... it propagates modifications done to the file... deletions etc....... cool interface n easy to use....... :)

Can it sync automaticaly? I mean, without I must push sync button every time. (so, i guess it stays ON in the system tray))
