I don't remember, but that's what they told us when we complained. She definitely didn't ask us about reserving seats though. They generally get the same acts there as the Orange Peel in Asheville, so I've never bothered to go there before. The acoustics are awful too...I'll just stick to NC from now on! haha.

who was your waitress cause mine came and asked if i wanted to reserve seats I think you just had a bad experience I liked the venue sorry your experience was not great

Hey! I was sitting about halfway back on the left side facing the stage. Not impressed by that venue in any way, shape, or form--seating included. We were among the first people there and had dinner on site, and they told us after the fact that we could have reserved seats...just before the show started. Plus the sound was awful...yeah, not a fan. Love Radin dearly though!
