Request from the U.S. LH next.

This is Chopin's most popular Nocturne. I'm just showing you the notes. Try to play it like Artur Rubinstein. He was one of the greatest interpreters of Chopin:

  • @bbdhrggl Hi, I'm really looking for anybody's opinion and please be honest! Okay, so I'm a beginner pianist (like, a couple months) I've only learned two songs: River flows in you (Yiruma) and Fur Elise (Beethoven). I am willing to practise for months until I get this Nocturne perfect. Do you think I will be able to not only learn but EXECUTE this beautiful piece, or should I stop this idea now? Any song suggestions? (Really only interested in classical pieces by really old people... :P )

  • @TheComment01 it is possible with practice :) tackle only a few measures each week. do you read music? knowing where you are in the piece will help.

  • i love this song but i teach myself how to play the piano and it's hard :( I tried playing this today but I need help ALOT

  • @yankeesrock1997 this is a hard piece to play well, Op55 no1 is easier, or try some chopin preludes first? :)

  • the best teacher !!!!!! tutorials right - left alone , I think is even better , I am really very thankful to you !!!! you can if you want see / listen the result in my channel . maybe you can tell me if you do not mind enter some hints. and once again many thanks..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =) / :D / :)) /^^..

  • @McEuGene007 I watched your video, I think you did a good job. memorized too? wow.

It's fun to compare concert artists performances to note how they differ. Paying close attention to such nuances helps improve our own playing.

  • Thank you for this awesome tutorial. I'm just starting or should I say attempting, to learn this piece and I use this as a reference to check if I am hitting the right keys. Symbols like "turns" and "mordents" confuse me.

  • WOW that may FAVORITE PIECE! :D and i started it so cool :D!

  • thank you for this video

  • piece of cake

  • @9:08 THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

  • @bbdhrggl I often try to add my own note, but sometimes an accident happens, usually when I record .

I notice the pieces intuitive to however, at Chopin there is not easy!! - compared with Yann Tiersen
