Most forms you watch don't look like the strikes would hurt much. Chip is all power, those kicks rip baseball bats in half. The chops knock the breath out of you, and he does it all with one eye!

Cool. this is the first time I watched a TKD form. Pretty cool.
I do karate, so the forms are also a big part of training. I like doing kata/forms.
They are similar in a lot of ways. Just different combintions of the same moves, though it appears TKD has more kicks than karate in their forms.
