in my opinion angels and bosemanis just dont go together.
first, they are from different habitats.

Your tank is overstocked. Angelfish need a minimum of 55 gallons (angels grow to 6 inches or more in height) and the boesman rainbow fish need a minimum of 20 gallons (not due to size, but room for swimming since they are an active swimming fish species that need a lot fo room to swim-that much swimming room you have now is stressing them out).
