Policeman assaulting and pepper-spraying a disabled man on a tricycle

During monthly critical mass ride policeman has assaulted a disabled man, who was stationary on his motorized tricycle.
Later police arrested this man despite the presence more than a dozen witnesses that testified in his defence.

Unfortunately, I was unable to film everything, but there is a longer video that some one else filmed, which is a video response to this video.

Just to clear things up: a man on a motorized tricycle was stationary, policeman tried brutally to restrain him and then pepper-sprayed. Unfortunately, video does not show the whole incident, but there were more than enough witnesses. Sadly though, police that later arrived were not keen to take witnesses' details.
Moreover, the incident occurred on a South bank of the river Thames.
