Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dosed (Acoustic Cover)

This is a personal favourite song of mine. The original song has four guitars layered on top of each other and it sounds simply magical! Frusciante is truly a genius.

I hope the day will one day come when I have four gutiarists, a bassist and a drummer to help me perform this on a stage =)

good cover mate. i am playing it without capo C,D,Em. cant get the high notes on chorus, voice keeps breaking...any tips?

yeah, i actually play it normally without capo and with the true chords (the same one's you use ;) )

The highest parts are very difficult indeed - i use falsetto for the chorus part.

Now, if you wanna get higher notes in general, then i suggest you practice some scales and increase your range gradually.

another thing you could do is sing a song you can sing comfortably at a higher octave and sing it as flawlessly as possible!
