Unusual object over Ardsley NY 12/7/11

I was on my way to the UFO Roundtable Meeting driving through Ardsley NY when I noticed a bright orange object moving erratically in the sky for approximately three minutes ?

I pulled my car over got out and started to video tape, it appeared to be sort of rotating and slowly descending downward, it was right over the village and appeared to be on fire or seemed to have flames inside ?

It looked to be around four to five feet in length and about 500 feet in altitude and maybe 500 feet away.

I am not saying it was an ET Craft but, since I don't know what it was I have to consider it unidentified.

At first I thought it could be some sort of Christmas decoration that caught fire but it was pouring rain at the time and I don't know how "it" could have gotten up there to begin with or stayed on fire ?

I lost sight of it as it went behind a building and I have never seen anything like it before.

Bro, If you read my statement I didn't say it was a UFO I said it was unusual and I didn't know what it was. Def not a balloon a balloon couldn't be on fire in the pouring rain.

That portion of the balloon is very reflective. It's definitely a Christmas balloon with all that red in there. Could be Rudolph's nose bro! But this is def a balloon. Was the sun behind you? It's falling to the ground too so I would have hoped you ran over to see your UFO. That would be important for you to prove to yourself what it was right? I mean, you are posting a video making a great claim that this is a UFO. Next time it's close & falling GO GET IT! IT'S SO FREAKING CLOSE BRO! WHY NOT?

It's always interesting to see these things that seem to constantly morph in shape...never seen a red one before. I wonder if they are real alien probes/ships if they are four dimensional in terms of shape.
