Excellent vid! Question: will the Taurus pt92 mags work in a Beretta 92 mag well? I have a keltec sub2k with Beretta 92 mag well and lots of Taurus pt92 mags. can the mags be modded to fit interchangeable in both?
Thanks

Good Video. I just bought a 1988 PT92, and then bought 3 brand new Eagle 17rd mags, (made for the Beretta). CDNN had them on sale for $4.99 each. So for under $22 shipped, I got three new 17rd mags for it. And definitely getting out the dremel this weekend. .............Thanks for Sharing.

after modification can you still use the Beretta mags in a Beretta?

Hey, @dtwow ... the only difference between the Beretta and Taurus mags is the size of the opening for the catch (unless they are old mags with a low mag release). I don't really see how you could make the opening on a Taurus mag smaller. But, If you put a Taurus 92 mag in a firearm that's built for Beretta 92 mags and it locks into place regardless of the larger opening, it ought to feed. I've been meaning to check if Taurus mags will work in my son's M9 ... this weekend I'll try to remember

@fgironman3 No, I can't say that I have that problem. Mine is 25 years old ... wonder if something has changed if you or the other people you have spoken to are shooting newer pistols?

@bmil69 Not sure but I'm inclined to say no. I don't have a Beretta right now bu I just put an M9 on layaway and I'll try them out when I pick up the pistol next month. The opening for the catch on the Taurus is larger so the Beretta mags don't fit. The Beretta catch would certainly fit in the larger opening. Dunno ... I'll post another comment when I know for sure.
