To say 1 or 2 buearucrats know better than the 1000s of individuals in a free open market, all they have to do is look at the Soviet system and why it collapsed.
Government everywhere is expanding fast. US and EU. Memebers of the EU wanted the budget to decrease 2% yet despite the depression theyve increased it by 5%
We're in a communist society, where people in government decide to increase taxes to support themselves and family, while fucking everyone over!

After all Facism as defined by Mussolini is when state and business combine.
Health costs, school costs, and home prices have increased over the years cause of government spending more taxes in these fields to make them more "affordable"
Supply & demand= The more $ chasin an item the higher the price
