i just started and i am on 200cc's i did not lose any weight on my VLCD1 i was 207.8 on my VLCD2 i was 208 (someone told me that 200cc's would make me hungry. I am a little hungry not ravenous.. i have upped my water intake because on day 1 i did not have too much water aside from the tea... would appreciate any guidance.

If you are uploading directly onto Youtube I would guess that is why your voice is off. I had the same issue and had to start recording on my webcam and then upload onto youtube... HTH

Up your dosage... you'll be amazed at how NOT hungry you are! :-) And water is the key.... it really does make a huge difference in our hunger and skin condition.

When I was in week 1 & 2 of my VLCDs I was starving too!!!! But it does get better...or at least for me it did. The last week of R1 I increased my dosage from 125cc to 200cc and I literally had to make myself eat.

Thanks everyone for your support - it's so great being able to peer into each others journeys to learn and be inspired.
I did up my injections to 20 units from just under 15 and it HAS MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!!! I also increased my water intake. From those two things, I lost 1.2 pounds the next day... the most I've lost in one day. I've always remained a believer, I'm just happy I've figured out the tweaks.
