Also, could you redo your roll spike tutorial more in-depth too? I'm not saying it's bad, but I would like to see another one if there are more training techniques involved.

Tony, I don't understand why someone would learn to do a sunback using the malaysian style. What advantage does it have? It seems more dangerous and harder on the body when you land. Thanks for helping me to understand. I think it looks cool though!

this spike originally from malaysia.we create and we called it libas.this skill are good because we can control the ball when the opponent is blocking,
notes: malaysia has a lots good player but....they dont want to represent malaysia team because malaysia takraw society are not treat them in a proper way....yq
