Nice circuit. I am a personal trainer and I have clients do free weight, full body circuits like this all the time. I am a firm believer in full body workouts w/ compound exercises and avoiding a lot of isolation. So with that being said, this seems like a good workout. My only criticism would be that a 40 second break is too long. I would recommend using 30 seconds work for each exercise and 15 seconds rest between each.
Other than that, awesome.

Efficient workout.
It gives cardio pulmonary stress while allowing enough rest to move moderate weights (strength endurance).
