It is the memories of good time i had in seattle while i was attending college that comes back when i listen to this and other songs from that period or era(from 79 to 85).

Excellent - the version with the background singing..."we can reach the stars if we try(?)" is very rare. I have a recording from the radio with this version but not the long version like you have here, it repeated that four times and faded. Thanks so much for posting, rare and excellent!
