Dyno-Comp Built: 2006 Pontiac GTO REDRUM

Killer ECU tuning by Dyno-Comp yields a thirst for vengeance on the street

Stock this car is factory rated at 400 Flywheel HP, which is approx 330 HP at the wheels.

This 2006 GTO came in with a "JBA" cat back dual exhaust and a "Vararam" cold air intake. With these mods alone (without ECU tuning), this GTO dyno'd at 350 wheel HP or approx 420 HP at the flywheel, which is +20 HP with adding the exhaust and cold air intake system.

To optimize the exhaust system and cold air intake modifications, this 6.0L LS2 engine was in desperate need of custom ECU tuning, and Dyno-Comp got yet another +30 wheel HP with ECU TUNING ONLY. Now this blood thirsty GTO lays down a gut wrenching 382 wheel HP or approx 458 at the flywheel.

NOTE: These are NOT off the shelf maps like you would get with your typical hand-held programmer. Dyno-Comp is able to CUSTOM tunes each car, mod specific, and VIN specific. Every car is different. Even if you have 2 of the same exact cars with exact mods, to optimize the HP and TQ, both car would require different mapping
