  • I show Morgan's, and the Arabian hunter pleasure is a little different then the Morgan hunter! To know what I mean just look up Morgan hunters!

  • @sos2236 I love the Morgan as well, but yes they are a little different.

  • @sos2236 Love the Morgan too!

  • I'm in here! I was the Reserve Champion this year! :) How fun to see it here!

  • Cool Im glad you found the class! Thanks 4 watching....

  • @appalapaloozas This was such an awesome class

  • If you all think they look the same, you must not be too familiar with horses. ;)

  • Actually my horse does move just like those horses and she is a registered arabian with supposeably a impeckable pedigree. Hint hint that is why I said I would love to show in a few years. That way I can afford it and she would be all trained up. I want to be able to show off what I've done with her.

  • @sos2236 My Horse is a Morgan Hunter!

  • That doesn't look very pleasurable, especially the way the riders are sitting forward...

  • I don't understand why people have this preconcieved idea that Arabians are so high strung and spirited. I own a 5 year old purebred arabian mare, and she's the hugest thing ever, with the quietest mindset in the world. This class videoed here is by far the most amazing class i've seen so far on youtube for arabian hunter pleasure. Thanks for the video Prowinda!

  • I really want to do this.

Arab hunter is a bit different than your regular Hunter/Jumper. The horses are soposed to have a more forward motion, and they are not "running off". Believe me, they are extremely pleasurable to ride, but the horse is judged on a few different things than other breeds are. :)

  • the whole point of a hunter class is that the horse look pleasurable and easy to ride and that it take care of its rider. None of these horses looks easy or pleasurable to ride, it looks like the riders have to keep half-halting every stride (which, as they're arabs, they probably do) to keep them from running off.
