I have some Generation whistles, what do you do to tweak them? I found mine a bit out of tune sharp, but fixed them by pulling the head piece out a little. Is this what you're referring to? Anything else?

@20gsm08 that's part of the tweaking... usually they are glued, and you have to put them in hot water to move mouthpiece.

but tweaking consists also in other things. to increase the volume and to improve the tone.. there was a good online guide, look for it :)

@lsbus thank you!! it's partly due to my playing, but I think it's also due the tweaking of the whistle...

Generation whistles are almost unplayable without a little tweaking ;)
