how can you do this? Are you a programmer or something ._. (I'm a noob on this kinda things :( )

@chiliman93 Knowing some basic programming syntax helps, but it's not hard at all. I taught myself just by looking at the existing effects in my game files (you can open them up with notepad) and then just tweak it to get what you want. For editing textures I just used paint.net and GIMP (both free). And even then I never actually draw anything (because I can't draw for ****). I just 'photoshop' stuff, like changing colors, erasing stuff, etc.
