Chinese junk antenna sold by eBay scammers. The only real antennas to buy are from legitimate manufacturers: Antennacraft, Winegard, Antennas Direct, Channelmaster.

eBay antennas are poorly made of thin aluminum and plastic, they have amplifiers to offset the poor reception, the rotators break, and the interfaces are often proprietary which can lead to some headscratching on exactly how to hook them up properly. Once the amp goes out the antenna is worthless.

@rickcain2320 you r completely right and that thing died 18 months ago....lol all you need is a coxial stripped and grounded to an outlet or a copper rod in the ground and you get all HD channels 100%...my kids think I fixed that jap antenna with a coat hanger and a stick of gum....no shit.....lol

Or you can make the HDTV antenna out of coat hangers like the one on Youtube.i made one and it outperformed a few of my store bought amplified antennas.That vid has around 1,200,000 views and almost all good reviews!!

if you get coax and hook it up to the cable tv jack on the wall you will get free HD OTA. NO need to pay for cable TV. All perfectly legal and free.

@L0stInDespair All you need to do to get free HD over the air is a CO-AX cable going from your TV into one of the four screws that hold your light switch plate or electrical wall outlet plate into place. You connect the co-ax cable into one of the screws it will stick like a magnet, then on your TV instead of cable, set it to antenna and do an auto program, you will be amazed how many channels you get, it's on Youtube called "Free HD Antenna, No Parts, No tools, No Nothing", I get 23 HD channels

@L0stInDespair Thats all you need...there is a box with it that hooks in the line to turn it...you will need a female to female adapter...but ya it will work how your thinking...peace
