Footage lifted from a propaganda piece which lifted from another propaganda piece. Music lifted from a very old propaganda piece. Text lifted from the historical American document known as "The Bill of Rights".

  • My bad.. Yes, I'll freely admit it's incredibly ham handed. :) There's nothing all too clever about it either - the footage is lifted shot for shot from another pro-war propaganda film - which in turn lifted footage from a military documentary. I just thought it would be interesting to see it in a less than positive light. If you're interested the original is called "Bomb Saddam" or "Fuck Saddam" or something like that - search for it...

  • Not to put too fine a point on this, but Black Shirts most definitely were Italian as were the SS. In any event - I just thought it was a ham-handed way to express an opinion. Although I must admit - cleverly done.

  • Interesting interpretation. I think you mean Brown Shirts, by the way - Blackshirts were Italian. In fact this was more of a comment on the death of the Bill of Rights and Habeas Corpus and what it means. The military are just a tool of Democracy. Without the Bill of Rights, the Military are no better than the brown shirts.

  • Hmmm...

So you are equating the US military with the Black Shirts? How very sad a world view you have.
