  • @sagequan buddy 6 months even if ur totally clean u still gain muscle and improve in cardio...where you just drinkin creatine and waitin for something to happen without even movin?

  • @sagequan haaaa dumbass. Muscle gains come from real training, proper nutrition, and proper supplementation. I get results in weeks without supplements, and without being an ignorant sagequan like you, I can get the results I WANT.

  • @sagequan i was workin out for 6 months without taking anything and saw results...u must have just sat there and expected to see changes without even moving

    How much were you talking? creatine monohydrate? 5g/day is more than enough, you can disregard the loading phases and you don't need to cycle it. Creatine won't make you bigger, good nutrition, macros and rest are the main part of it. Hopefully, you were drinking a lot of water. Anyways, all that creatine does is enhance protein synthesis and reduce the lactic acid build up in the muscle. 5g 5 times a day is a waste.
